President

Cindy Street
Vice President - Marketing
Cindy Street has broad experience in sales, marketing, renovation, construction, and property management. She has a strong financial background from previous management positions with the Royal Bank and a Bachelor of Arts from SFU in Business Administration and Psychology. She has led Baywest's high-performing Vancouver office since its inception in 1997 and is now focused on expanding Baywest through its marketing and business development function

Roderic Hurry
Vice President - Rental Properties
Roderic Hurry oversees the management of Baywest's revenue portfolio which includes Rental, Commercial and Co-operative management . He has spent many years as a Commercial/Rental Manager and is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the designations of CPM and CPRPM. Roderic has a background in Civil Engineering, which gives him insight to many physical plant operations and maintenance avenues.

Nelson Chung
Chief Financial Officer
Nelson Chung is a CGA who oversees Baywest's accounting operations. He has years of experience in retail and wholesale business, manufacturing costing, financial reporting and accounting information systems. He graduated Cum Laude with a B.Sci degree in Accounting in Texas and has been selected for membership in the Beta Gamma Sigma Honour Society and granted membership in the Golden Key National Honour Society. He is also a former US CPA and a former member of AICPA in the US.

Katie Khoo
Vice President - Operations
Katie Khoo has been in the property management industry for over 20 years. She has extensive knowledge in strata and rental management, in addition to progressive operational and managerial experience. As a General Manager, she has overseen the dynamic Vancouver office, which she joined as a Strata Manager in 1998. She is now focusing on leading the operations teams towards continuous improvement in quality client services. Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia.    

Berit Hansen
General Manager, Surrey
Berit Hansen oversees the daily operations of the Surrey office. She brings 30 years of business management experience by having served both in the public and private sector. Berit came to Baywest in 2004 as a strata manager with experience in rental and strata management, as well as accounting. Berit holds a diploma in Business Administration as well as other property management related certificates.

Tanya Millage
General Manager, Vancouver And North Shore
Tanya Millage is the General Manager of Baywest's Vancouver  office and North Shore Division. Tanya joined the Baywest team in 1999 as a licensed property manager in our Vancouver office. With a background in retail sales management Tanya distinguished herself as a skilled Strata Manager excelling in problem solving, time management and building strong client relationships. Following a promotion to Baywest's Training Department where she developed a library of tools for Strata Managers, established Operating Procedures for our clients, and trained new and existing staff. Tanya moved to her current position as General Manager of Vancouver from our Managing our Abbotsford office.

Susie Czinger
Strata Manager, Kelowna
Susie Czinger manages Baywest’s Kelowna office where she excels at delivering result oriented customer service.  She has a proven track record at successfully bringing new  strata corporations through their first year of operation while maintaining excellent relations with Developers.  She has overseen many significant projects including extensive security upgrades, playground installation, and the set up of a multi strata commercial fitness club.  Susie excels at collecting outstanding strata fees and ensuring her clients are well organized and professionally managed.  Her sense of humor  and warm approach makes Susie a pleasure to work with.  Susie is a Licensed Strata Manager and is currently studying to obtain her Managing Broker’s License.
