Green Building Program
Our environment is the responsibility of everyone. Baywest has recently formed a “Green Team” with the goal of assisting clients in reducing their buildings footprint on our precious planet. The program will include guidance and direction on:
- Installing energy efficient lighting systems
- Reducing water consumption
- Reducing gas consumption through energy efficient heating systems
- Enhancing Recycling Programs
Interesting Fact: Bruce Friesen, Baywest’s founder and President, is passionate about our environment and does what he can personally to walk the talk . He drives a Toyota Hybrid, is adamant about recycling and his home is heated by geothermal and has been certified as being within the top 1% efficiency of homes within BC.
