Emergency Contact
Emergencies requiring the police, fire department or ambulance should be directed to 911 before contacting Baywest.
Baywest provides 24 hour building emergency service to owners 365 days of the year.
Examples of Building Emergencies include:
- Flood in your Suite or Common Property
- Small contained Fire not requiring the Fire Department
- Parking Gate not closing
- Damage to the building caused by a vehicle accident.
In the event of a building emergency please call the regular office number and be prepared to give your:
- Name
- Phone Number
- Building Name / Strata Plan Address
- A brief description of the emergency
If the emergency takes place outside regular office hours, our answering service will take your call and alert our “on call” service who will contact you shortly.
Non-Emergencies
Please do not call the emergency line in non-emergency situations. All other inquiries can be handled by your Baywest Strata Manager or Strata Council during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm).
Examples of Non-Emergencies include:
- Realtor Inquiries
- Accounting Questions
- Noise in the Adjacent Suite
- Parking Violations
