A primary responsibility for Baywest is to ensure the common property of your strata is maintained with excellence. Common property is a key determinant in the overall value of the property and facilitates living conditions for all owners.
Each Baywest strata manager is responsible for assisting council in:
- Common Property Financial management
- Building and grounds maintenance
- Caring for the community of owners
It is also common for Baywest to assist the Strata Council in completing an engineering audit to understand the maintenance investment and timelines needed for the property.
