Safety Tips
To enhance your safety and the safety of others please note the following:
The following tips will help you live safely in your home.
- Do not let anyone into the building you do not know.
- Do not “buzz” anyone into the building with the Enterphone that you do not know.
- When you do “buzz” guests into the building, tell them not to let anyone else into the building with them.
- When entering or exiting the garage, wait for the gate to close before proceeding.
- Do not leave doors open.
- If you know of any resident consistently acting in a way that puts you or your property at risk, advise the resident manager, Baywest strata manager, or a strata council member.
- Keep the door to your unit closed at all times.
- Do not leave your garage door remote control in your car.
- Do not leave anything of value in your car
