How many buildings do your Strata Managers serve?
On average, our Strata Managers care for 8-10 buildings each, depending upon the size, complexity and kinds of projects going on at the building. We’re proud to say that this number is far below the average.

Is Baywest bonded and insured?
Yes, we carry a $20,000 bond and $2,000,000 of errors and omissions coverage.

Can Baywest assume responsibility of a strata that is in the middle of a large project?
Yes, we have great experience with large restoration projects and have taken over a number of projects from other firms with great success.

Can we switch management companies before the developer resolves deficiencies?
Yes, if your existing management company is not serving your interests well, it may be to your advantage to switch before the deficiency period is over. Because we have worked through the deficiency process with many Councils, we know exactly how the process works and what to expect along the way.

How are after hours emergencies handled?
We have an answering service that calls the company contracted to handle all after hours emergencies. We treat emergencies with great priority.

How many clients does Baywest serve?
We currently serve about 450 buildings within the lower mainland.
